Bootcamp

This class consists of a variety of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and stretching. Whether it's circuit training, HIIT intervals, resistance training, or more, you are sure to get a great workout! All fitness levels are welcome

Kettlebell

Learn Kettlebell basics and get all the benefits of this versatile tool. Get stronger, move better and burn a whole lot of calories. Perfect for beginners and intermediate exercisers, while still offering fresh ideals to advanced gym-goers!

Booty Burn & Core

Glute focused workout utilizing bands, ankle weights, and hand weights with a scientifically backed class structure. All levels welcome.

Powerflex

Powerflex incorporates the science of resistance training through the use of weights. Work every muscle group, in order, for 4 minutes each to timed music. Bodyblast (or Powerflex) is the perfect union of muscle and music. Low impact. For those new to weights or for seasoned lifters looking for motivation/challenge.

Pound

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rocking out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Cardio Sculpt

A total body workout that includes a combination of strength and cardio moves designed to have fun, improve strength and burn mega calories. Great for all fitness levels!

Full Body Circuit

 A fast-paced, full-body workout that blends strength, cardio, and

functional training to maximize calorie burn and build lean muscle. Every class is designed

to challenge all fitness levels while keeping things fun, dynamic, and results-driven.

Cardio Kickboxing

This intense cardiovascular and strength conditioning class is a combination of boxing and basic martial art techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle. All levels and abilities are welcome and can be easily modified for any athletic ability

Shine Dance Fitness

Anyone can SHiNE! This booty shakin' dance fitness class is rooted in jazz, ballet and hip hop. Easy to follow choreography set to the latest pop and hip hop music around provides you with a high energy cardio and strength conditioning workout for your entire body. Grab your sass and your smile and meet me on the dance floor. Perfect for all levels.

Spin

Great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and more exciting drills. All fitness levels welcome.

Shape and Flow

Pilates like movements and stretching, pilates inspired movements

focused on increasing flexibility, strength, and balance.


Low Impact

Enjoy this fun and easy-to- follow, low impact workout that increases energy and stamina. Tone muscle, work on balance, posture and strength.

Ultimate Fitness Challenge

The Ultimate Fitness Challenge is for athletes looking to bring their performance to the next level. Through a 45 minute full body strength and conditioning class, you will be sure to get your sweat on. The focus is to develop strong, well-rounded athletes and a great class community that supports one another in their personal goals. Athletes of all levels are welcome!

Chisel and Burn

This class will chisel and strengthen your entire body using a variety of resistance equipment. Reach your peak heart rate with short intervals consisting of high energy sports conditioning drills. All levels welcome.

Boxing & Bells

Boxing & Bells is a dynamic, full-body workout that begins with shadow boxing focused on

proper technique and form. Participants practice fist, knee and leg strikes, all geared

towards self defense. Class finishes strong with a fast-paced kettlebell circuit and always

wraps up with a targeted ab workout.

Cardio Kickboxing with Weights

Kick boring to the curb! This high energy workout is challenging for all levels, beginner or experienced athletes. It combines martial arts with boxing/kickboxing techniques with fast paced cardio, athletic conditioning using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands. Retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism.

Total Body Takedown

Total Body Takedown with Hannah is an interval training class that rotates between strength based exercises and cardio based exercises each week. Each week is packed with a series of exercises sure to make you sweat and have a good time doing it!

Lift Strong

is a 50-minute group strength class that cycles through foundational lifting

patterns—push, pull, hinge, squat, and carry—to build total-body strength and confidence

with weights. Expect purposeful, progressive work that emphasizes good movement,

functional strength, and getting stronger week after week.

Cycle & Strength

Enjoy a calorie-blasting, heart-pumping ride for 40 minutes, followed by approximately 20 minutes of full- body and core weight-training. This is the ultimate full-body workout, challenging your cardio and muscular endurance!

Mat  Pilates

 A 45-minute mat Pilates class focusing on core strength, flexibility, and

mindful movement, using controlled exercises to improve posture, balance, and overall

body awareness.

Senior Fitness

 Our Senior Strength Class is for men and women looking to improve on

balance and stability. No getting down and up off the floor. We do one day of upper body

exercises and one day of lower body exercises. Both days we focus on balance and core

exercises. We have fun and on occasion we test our Strength with heavier weights.
