Over this 4-week program, student athletes will participate in twice-weekly sessions that focus on:
Building strength
Developing speed and agility
Mastering movement patterns
Gaining confidence in the weight room
Each 90-minute session includes:
45 minutes of structured strength training
45 minutes of dynamic conditioning drills
Campers also receive a free T-shirt and shaker bottle!
Program Focus by Week:
Week 1: Learn movement fundamentals
Week 2: Build strength and refine speed mechanics
Week 3: Improve agility, endurance, and coordination
Week 4: Apply it all-full-body performance and control
Coach Corinne is a Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of New England and a personal trainer at Foley's Fitness. She has worked with athletes in multiple Division I programs and currently trains a variety of sports teams at UNE, giving her extensive experience across age groups, performance levels, and sport-specific needs. Her coaching is focused on improving athletic performance and preventing injury, ensuring every athlete builds a solid foundation for long-term success.
