I have over a decade of experience in personal training and group fitness. I played Division I field hockey, where I was selected as a 2-time Regional Team All-American. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how weight training can accelerate athletic performance. I take pride in sharing my knowledge of exercise science with athletes of all ages. It is crucial to provide and educate athletes with the appropriate tools to build a strong foundation.
With a background in football and a passion for athletic performance, I help athletes unlock their full potential through science-based training. From speed and agility to strength and coordination, my goal is to help each athlete perform at their best-both physically and mentally. I'm excited to work with the next generation of athletes here at Foley's and push them to reach new levels this winter.
