Are you looking to add a PR to your lifts? Perhaps you want to get more explosive in your power. Want to improve your movement efficiency? Join our yoga for athletes' class. Learn to access your greatest athletic potential with our new yoga mobility class. In 45 minutes, you will learn breath work to activate your athletic potential, Myofascial release to calm the nervous system, and movement practices to increase your mobility. This class is the perfect addition to your training program to get the most out of the work you put in day in and out.
