This class is designed to teach postures that are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. All levels are welcome.

This class consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running, walking, plyometrics) strength training and stretching. All levels are welcome.

Pilates

This class provides a low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

X-Treme Athlete

Foley's Bells

Foley's Bells

This kettlebell focused class incorporates the principals of high-intensity interval training. Our trained instructor will properly show you how to swing a kettle bell.

This class incorporates moves from dance, pilates, yoga, and strength training, a lot of focus on high reps of small range movements. All levels welcome.

This class is our take on suspension training using your own body weight to develop strength, balance, core, and flexibility. All levels are welcome.
