Booty Burn & Core

Booty Burn & Core

Glute focused workout utilizing bands, ankle weights, and hand weights with a scientifically backed class structure. All levels welcome.


Powerflex incorporates the science of resistance training through the use of weights.
Work every muscle group, in order, for 4 minutes each to timed music. Bodyblast (or
Powerflex) is the perfect union of muscle and music. Low impact. For those new to
weights or for seasoned lifters looking for motivation/challenge

Beach Body

Beach Body focuses on functional training: adding exercises that improve muscle tone and definition, while also improving cardiovascular fitness. These workouts will assist in increasing mobility, strength, endurance, and posture, as well as stability in your body. These goals are accomplished through high reps, low resistance (bodyweight) or very light weights, with short rest intervals.

Shine Dance Fitness

Anyone can SHiNE! This booty shakin' dance fitness class is rooted in jazz, ballet and hip hop. Easy to follow choreography set to the latest pop and hip hop music around provides you with a high energy cardio and strength conditioning workout for your entire body. Grab your sass and your smile and meet me on the dance floor. Perfect for all levels.

In 45 minutes, you will learn breath work to activate your athletic potential, Myofascial release to calm the nervous system, and movement practices to increase your mobility. This class is the perfect addition to your training program to get the most out of the work you put in day in and out.
